They may live to regret that spurned opportunity as these opponents are a big step up on the MLS side, even with Lionel Messi at their disposal.

Chelsea-bound Estevao was a constant threat for Palmeiras in the opening game and their high-pressing approach and pace on the break caused considerable issues for Porto, who are a very decent European side.

That spells major issues for Al Ahly and the Brazilians are fancied to win this one fairly comfortably to give themselves a strong chance of progressing to the knockouts.
