Free flowing PAOK will overwhelm Shamrock

Having just missed out in a place in the final round of UEFA Champions League qualifying, PAOK are dropped into Europa League qualifying, and will be expected to secure a place in the group stages. The Greek Super League is typically a much stronger league than the Irish Premier Division, and their teams tend to have much more of a presence in European competitions.

PAOK had a very successful campaign last season, winning the Greek Super League for the second time in five years. They did it whilst entertaining their fans, averaging over two goals per game.

The free flowing style does not change when playing in Europe, and that is reflected in the results of their two ties they have played this season, scoring six against Malmo and four against Borac Banja Luca.

This is unlikely to change vs Shamrock, and PAOK will very much want to put the tie to bed in the first leg, and backing them to score over 2.5 goals looks sensible.
