Randers FC vs Odense BK Predictions

• Odense beat title hopefuls Mitjylland in their season opener.
• OB are unbeaten in last three away games (W2, D1).
• Odense have won two of their last three Superliga meetings with Randers.

Odense can build on opening win

Odense caused a minor upset in the opening round of Danish Superliga fixtures with a win at Midtjylland and they will be looking to back that up at Randers on Sunday.

The hosts also took three points in their curtain raiser, a 2-0 win at Velje, but OB should look a bigger test for Randers this weekend.

De Stribede were good value for their victory over Midtjylland despite needing a last-gasp winner to get the job done.  OB managed to carve out 14 chances, with eight on target, and finished the game strongly to get off to a winning start.

Randers were rarely troubled against Velje as they claimed a fairly routine 2-0 success but that win came against a side who finished just one place clear of the relegation zone last season.  

OB look a tougher prospect and we feel after their win over Midtjylland they should go into this clash in confident mood.  OB are unbeaten in their last three away games, winning the last two, stretching back into last season and they can continue that run with three points at Randers.  

Randers have scored in 11 of their last 13 home games, and with that in mind a 2-1 win for the visitors looks worth some consideration in the correct score market.
