Back-to-back defeats have dented Roma’s Scudetto bid but they can get back to winning ways against inconsistent travellers Como on Monday.

The Giallorossi did manage a 3-0 win over Celtic on Thursday in Europe to end their mini-slump and they look good value to overcome Como.

The visitors have been the surprise package in Serie A this season and they are just three points adrift of their hosts. Como’s success has largely come at home, however, they’ve managed just two away wins and have failed to score in four of their seven trips.

Roma have been an all-or-noting team so far at home with four wins and three losses. Two of those defeats have come against their title rivals, so they should have enough quality to overcome Como.

As such, a 1-0 home win has a chance as Roma have scored a modest seven goals in as many home games and Como have failed to score in four of their seven trips.
