Scotland vs Curacao Predictions
- Scotland scored 13 goals across their final five games in 2025
- Curacao conceded seven goals across defeats in March
- Adams has scored five times across his last seven Scotland starts
Scotland can ease to send-off victory
Scotland set off for the World Cup after Saturday’s clash at Hampden Park, with the team aiming to bounce back from two 1-0 defeats in March.
Coach Steve Clarke has just extended his contract after leading Scotland to a third tournament in four attempts, but he needs a strong display from his side to ease any discontent among the home support.
Opponents Curacao are building towards their biggest ever game – their clash with Germany in Houston on June 14th in their first ever World Cup game. However, they look massively outmatched in Glasgow, having lost 2-0 to China and 5-1 to Australia in their March fixtures.
Scotland ended 2025 in excellent scoring form, netting 13 goals across their final five games. They should flex their muscles against the visitors, even if Clarke is expected to make changes.
Torino forward Che Adams should stay in the side after playing the second friendly in March, and he has scored five times across his last seven international starts, including a hat-trick in a win over Liechtenstein a year ago.
