Shamrock can sign off with a win

Shamrock Rovers host Malta’s Hamrun in the final round of league phase fixtures on Thursday in a clash where both sides already know their fate.

Rovers have already been eliminated with just one point to show from five games so far, Hamrun’s exit has also been guaranteed as they have four defeats and one win.

This game may be a dead-rubber, but Shamrock have a chance to at least restore a bit if pride by enduring they record one win and with home advantage they should be able to get the job done.
