QPR’s defensive woes to haunt them on the road

Swansea can be backed to win at home to QPR in the Championship on Wednesday.

QPR are two places and two points above Swansea in the table. QPR, in 11th, have four wins, three draws and three losses, while Swansea have won three, drawn four and lost three of their ten games.

The visitors are looking vulnerable at the back. QPR have conceded on all five of their Championship away days this season and are on a run of five games without recording a shutout. They have been disappointing defensively, conceding 12 goals in five road games – an average of 2.40 goals per game.

Swansea may be able to edge out QPR in a closely-fought game, with a 2-1 home win the correct-score pick. Both sides have scored in eight of QPR’s ten Championship matches this season, and Swansea were 2-1 winners against QPR last time they met in the league.
