Toulouse are on the up

Toulouse have put quite a run of form together with the only real blemish across their last ten matches being a narrow 2-1 defeat away to league leaders PSG. Of those ten games, they hosts have emerged victorious in eight of them and after defeating Rennes 3-1 last time out, they’d love nothing more than to put one over on second place Marseille.

That won’t be easy given the visitors have failed to win just twice across their last 11 competitive outings and they’ll be hoping to capitalise on any potential slip up from PSG by claiming another victory at this ground. Marseille have been consistent scorers this season having found the back of the net in ten of their 11 road games in Ligue 1 and they’ll be confident they can inflict a defeat onto Toulouse.

This should be an exciting match between two outfits that are prolific in front of goal. As such, there should be a few strikes but we like the look of Marseille scoring at least twice here, just as they have done in nine of those 11 away days.
