Toulouse were moved out of first place on Saturday as AC Ajaccio picked up their third win in four games to climb above Les Violets. Toulouse haven’t helped their quest for the title with just one win in their last five league matches but they have won three of their last four with a pair of cup victories and a 4-1 victory over Sochaux in their last home league game. They will be hoping to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat to Niort and I feel their home form could help them.

The hosts have lost just one of their eight league fixtures at Stadium Municipal and won five of them. They have scored four goals or more in three of their last five games here and exactly two in the other two matches. They have conceded in four of their last five though so we are predicting a 2-1 win.

Rodez have been in great form of late winning four of their last five fixtures and have won back-to-back games but with just 19 goals so far this season compared to Toulouse’s 37 leads me to believe they will fall short here. They have conceded just one goal across the last five game weeks but they have lost to each of the other four teams in the top five along with Toulouse, already this season.
