Turkey can sink out-of-form Croatia

Croatia have been on a steady decline since making the final of the 2018 World Cup and they are worth opposing against Turkey in an international friendly at the Vodafone Arena.

Zlatko Dalic’s men have lost three of their four Nations League contests, having fallen to heavy defeats against Portugal (4-1) and France (4-2) and their defensive vulnerability could be exploited by the hosts.

Croatia have shipped 11 goals in their four group matches and Turkey should have the attacking firepower to capitalise in Istanbul. They netted three times in an international friendly with Germany only last month and in their last home contest they managed to twice breach Serbia.
