      TSG Hoffenheim to Win

      Reason for tip

Hoffenheim have won nine and lost only one of their last 12 games and have started 2026 with three consecutive victories. Against a Werder Bremen side that are winless in eight, the visitors will fancy their chances of collecting another three points.

      TSG Hoffenheim 3-1

      Reason for tip

Hoffenheim were 3-1 winners when these two sides last met and claimed a victory by the same scoreline at Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday. With the visitors in form and Werder Bremen conceding plenty on home soil, history could be set to repeat itself.

Werder Bremen vs TSG Hoffenheim Predictions

      • Werder Bremen have gone eight Bundesliga matches without a win
      • Hoffenheim have won nine and lost only one of their last 12 Bundesliga games
      • Werder have conceded three or more goals in four of their last six games

      Hoffenheim continuing to surprise

Hoffenheim are this season’s surprise packages in the Bundesliga, with Saturday’s 3-1 win at Eintracht Frankfurt – their third victory on the bounce – consolidating third-place in the standings.

Christian Ilzer’s side have lost only one of their last 12 matches, winning nine of those games, while their only away defeat of the season was a 2-0 reverse at Borussia Dortmund in early December.

      Bremen in contrasting form

If Hoffenheim are flying, Werder Breme are certainly not, as Horst Steffen’s side are on an eight-match winless run and have conceded seven goals across their last two home games against Stuttgart (4-0) and Eintracht Frankfurt (3-3).

Werder are without a victory of any note since November and they do not have fond memories of when they last faced Hoffenheim, with Tuesday’s visitors triumphing 3-1 on their most recent trip to the Weserstadion in February.

Hoffenheim were also 3-1 winners at Frankfurt on Saturday and are averaging three goals-per-game across their last three fixtures, and with Werder conceding plenty, this could prove another high-scoring success for the Sinsheim-based club.
