West Bromwich Albion vs QPR Predictions
- West Brom have won three of their last four home Championship games
- QPR have lost their last four league games
- The Baggies have kept 10 clean sheets in their last 11 home league contests
Back Baggies to brush R’s aside
West Brom should return to winning ways on Easter Monday and there’s a good chance any victory over flailing QPR will be accompanied by a clean sheet.
The Baggies have won nine of their last 11 at the Hawthorns and blanked ten of those opponents, including the likes of promotion-chasing Middlesbrough and Coventry. Carlos Corberan’s side will be desperate to get back on track after coming unstuck at Rotherham on Good Friday.
Albion’s away form always suggested something like that might happen against the Millers, but their home form tells a very different story.
Ainsworth ain’t getting it done at Loftus Road
They can get in front and stay in front of an R’s side who lost their fourth straight game on Friday with fans already wondering if the decision to give Gareth Ainsworth the manager’s job was as good as it seemed at the time.
He looks a touch out of his depth and his players have not responded to his promptings so far, making the prospect of an R’s relegation now very real indeed.
Back WBA to win to nil as Rangers have stopped scoring, recording three consecutive blanks since their 6-1 mauling at Blackpool. A 2-0 victory can be achieved by the hosts, who have won three of their last ten home games by that exact score.
