What a perfect gift just before Christmas! Our football analysts have done it again, landing a 16/1 Win Accumulator just 2 days before Christmas!

This is the second Sunday in a row we’ve landed an accumulator, after landing a 26/1 Both Teams to Score and Win Treble last Sunday! We’ve also been in fine form on the NHL, landing 3 accumulators in just 4 days last week!

Here’s how the 16/1 Win Accumulator went:

16/1 Win Accumulator Lands

The 5-fold accumulator required wins from Wolfsburg, Nacional, Porto and Tottenham, while we also needed Leganes to either win or draw their game. The accumulator started over in Germany, as Wolfsburg took on Augsburg away from home. The bet got off to a good start, with Guilavogui opening the scoring after half an hour, before William made it 2-0 to the visitors just before half time. Augsburg had a second half resurgence though, with 2 goals before the hour mark from Khedira and Cordova levelling the scores. It took until the 89th minute, but finally Wolfsburg regained their lead through Gerhardt, with the game ending 3-2.

Next up we headed off to Portugal for the 2nd and 3rd legs of the accumulator, needing Nacional to beat Chaves and Porto to beat Rio Ave. Rio Ave took a shock lead away from home against Porto through Carlos on 12 minutes, but we didn’t have to wait long for Porto to reply, as Yacine Brahimi levelled the scoring just 4 minutes later. Marega doubled the home sides tally on 26 minutes, giving Porto the lead. There were no more goals in the game, so the accumulator moved on to the 3rd leg. Nacional took the lead in their game on 35 minutes through Rochez, with the striker grabbing his brace in the 2nd half from the penalty spot, 15 minutes from time, to win the game 2-0.

The penultimate game of the accumulator saw us head over to Spain, where Leganes took on Sevilla. We just needed the homeside to secure at least a point from this game, and they got off to the perfect start when Mikel Vesga gave them the lead inside 5 minutes. The game went quite up until just before half time, when Sevilla saw themselves go down to 10 men as Vazquez was dismissed. Leganes looked to have secured a great win against their 3rd place opposition, but Ben Yedder popped up to grab a goal in the 91st minute to spoil the party, but the draw was still enough to land the leg!

Finally we headed to Goodison Park, where Everton took on Tottenham, and what a game it was. Walcott opened the scoring for the home side on 21 minutes, but their lead didn’t last long. Son equalised just 6 minutes later, before Dele Alli and Harry Kane got themselves on the scoresheet before half time, going in to the break 3-1 in the lead. The 2nd half continued to bring the goals, with Eriksen scoring a sublime volley to make it 4-1. Sigurdsson gave the hosts a glimmer of hope as he made it 4-2 thanks to some lax defending, but Son restored Spurs’ 3 goal cushion as he found the net on the hour mark. Kane sealed the deal 15 minutes from time, so the game ended an astounding 6-2 to Tottenham, landing the accumulator!
