Switzerland vs Italy
Lorenzo Pellegrini 1+ shots on target
Lorenzo Pellegrini was arguably Italy’s star performer against Croatia and he’s had a few chances at Euro 2024, managing six attempts in total across three games. He chipped in with 10 goals for Roma from midfield last season and he’s a good bet for a shot on target.
Dan Ndoye 1+ shots on target
Ndoye has had nine shots at this tournament, getting one on target in each of his last two games including a strike against Germany last time out. The forward has been an exciting part of this Swiss side so far and he’s a good option for a shot on target.
Granit Xhaka to have 1+ shots
Xhaka has record a shot on target in each of his three games for Switzerland at this tournament and the Bayer Leverkusen midfielder has been showing an attacking threat for club and country of late, so that he’s a backable price for a shot on goal really appeals.
Alessandro Bastoni to have 1+ shots
Bastoni leads the way in terms of shots on target for Italy at this tournament and the defender had two shots at goal against Croatia last time out. He’s shown an adventurous edge for Inter Milan too, so back him to get forward and have a shot – either from a set piece or open play.
Germany vs Denmark
Jamal Musiala to score
Jamal Musiala has had five shots in Euro 2024 and scored against both Hungary and Scotland, while he found the net ten times in the Bundesliga for Bayern Munich this season.
Over 9.5 total corners
Both sides have recorded 19 corners at this tournament to date and Denmark will likely look to set pieces in order to make the breakthrough here. As a result, a combined tally of 10 or more appears to be decent value.
Denmark Goalkeeper to make 4+ saves
Germany’s opponents have made 12 saves between them across their first three games of the tournament. While they have plenty of creative talent, finishing is an issue for Germany.
That tends to lead to more saves for the opponent, so take Kasper Schmeichel to be worked harder than he was in shot-shy Group C.
