With the English Football League returning for the 2026/27 season this weekend, starting with Blackburn’s trip to the recently relegated Wolves on Friday, our tipsters have been hard at work picking the best-value winner for each of the three divisions.

Here, I combine all three of those outright tips into a tasty EFL outright winners treble, which you can back below with bet365, where new customers can get £30 in free bets by clicking on the link!

Championship 2026/27 outright winner prediction – West Ham at 7/4

West Ham appear to be the best-equipped of the relegated trio to bounce straight back up and have opted to stick with Nuno Espirito Santo.

With a full pre-season under his belt and Jarrod Bowen leading the line after opting to stay with the Hammers, they look to have the squad capable of beating any other second-tier side.

League One 2026/27 outright winner prediction – Luton at 7/1

Leicester are hot favourites to bounce back up, but Luton could spring a surprise as Lincoln did last season.

They have held on to most of the stars that helped them to a seventh-place finish last season and Jack Wilshere is only going to continue improving as a manager. The signings of Kasey Palmer, Harrison Ashby and George Johnston are smart additions to a squad capable of pushing for promotion.

League Two 2026/27 outright winner prediction – Salford at 5/1

Salford finished fourth in last season’s League Two table and they can improve on their best campaign to date this time around.

Peter Cklamovski arrives with a reputation for attack-minded football and with ties to Ange Postecoglou, while the signing of Macaulay Langstaff is an exciting addition.

He netted 28 goals in his last League Two campaign and he can fire Salford to promotion.
