Erling Haaland has scored 26 goals for Manchester City this season across all competitions and he can at least record two attempts on target at Newcastle, even if he is unable to add to his tally.
Haaland averages four shots per-game in the Premier League and exactly half his shots are recorded as on target. The Norwegian also is averaging at least two shots per-game on target in every competition he has played in.
Erling Haaland To Be Fouled 1+ Times
Haaland is fouled on average 0.7 times per-game in the Premier League and that figure is slightly higher in the Champions League. The forward has been fouled in three consecutive league games.
Bruno Guimaraes To Have 1+ Shots On Target
Newcastle midfielder Bruno Guimaraes has a shooting accuracy of around 50% in the Premier League and has been happy to try his luck in this competition.
Guimaraes has had nine attempts in total across three EFL Cup games, all of which have been against Premier League rivals. The Brazilian tends to raise his levels in big games and that should see him at least test the visiting keeper.
Nico Gonzalez To Have 1+ Shots On Target
A shot on target for Manchester City’s Nico Gonzalez is the outside selection on this bet builder.
Newcastle have been good at home all season and they have a strong record against City at this venue with just one loss in the last five meetings in the north east across all competitions. That could lead to a fairly cagey affair at times and a few shots from distance, and Gonzalez isn’t afraid to try his luck from range with the vast majority of his Premier League shots coming from outside of the box as well as all of his attempts in this competition.
