England – Harry Kane 4/6
Harry Kane is a short price to be England’s top scorer but at 4/6 he is still very much backable. The Bayern Munich forward is the all-time leading scorer for the Three Lions with 63 goals and he’s been England’s top scorer in two of the last three major tournaments, including finishing as the overall leading marksman at the World Cup in 2018.
Belgium – Romelu Lukaku 10/11
Like Kane, Romelu Lukaku is the odds-on favourite to be his country’s top scorer but is still worth including on this acca. Lukaku has 83 goals in 114 games for Belgium and has led the scoring for the Red Devils at two of the last three major tournaments, while he was also the top scorer in Euro 2024 qualifying with 14 goals.
Croatia – Bruno Petkovic 10/1
Andrej Kramaric and Bruno Petkovic are expected to form a partnership in the Croatian attack and the latter looks a big price to be their top marksman. Kramaric may play in the more advanced role, but the Hoffenheim forward isn’t necessarily an out-and-out goalscorer and Petkovic comes into the tournament after a strong season for club side Dinamo Zagreb with 11 goals in 27 league games.
Spain – Lamine Yamal 7/1
Alvaro Morata is the market leader for Spain but Bareclona’s teenage sensation Lamine Yamal could eclipse him in the scoring stakes. Yamal scored two goals in four games in qualifying and comes into the tournament after a strong season at Barca with five goals and five assists in La Liga. Yamal should form a front three alongside Morata and Dani Olmo for La Roja. Any one of those three could finish as Spain’s top scorer and Yamal stands out as he probably enjoyed the best domestic season of that trio and as a value pick.
The Netherlands – Memphis Depay 4/1
Memphis Depay may not have enjoyed the most productive season for Atletico Madrid, but he remains a key man in the Netherlands attack. Depay has 45 goals in 91 games for the Dutch and was on target in a warm-up friendly over Canada. He also grabbed two goals at the last edition of the Euros.
