Norwich vs Middlesbrough – Norwich to win at 4/5

Championship leaders Norwich have the best form in the division, thanks to taking 19 points from their last eight. With Middlesbrough coming here on the back of four defeats in five this one appears to be a bit of a mismatch.

Norwich have won six straight meetings with Middlesbrough and they should extend that run with the visitors looking low on confidence. Neil Warnock always faced a tough campaign and he does seem to be struggling with the limitations of his squad. The Canaries have delivered at Carrow Road this term with eight victories to their name so I’d consider them well priced to add to Boro’s struggles.

Manchester City vs Sheffield United – Manchester City to win to nil at 8/13

Sheffield United may have upset the pecking order in midweek with their shock win at Old Trafford, but the Red Devils’ noisy neighbours aren’t likely to be as lapse as their arch rivals.

Pep Guardiola’s side have hit their over the last couple of months and have won to nil in six of their last seven Premier League matches. In fact, Man City have conceded just two goals in their last 11 league games and they look utterly impenetrable with Stones and Dias at the back. The Blades are undoubtedly showing signs of improvement, but they remain the top-flight’s lowest scorers and have failed to score in half their games this season.

Southampton vs Aston Villa – Over 2.5 goals at 8/11

Southampton and Aston Villa traded blows in a seven-goal thriller when they last met in November, and Saturday’s rematch between the teams promises leave viewers entertained again.

With Jack Grealish and Ollie Watkins back in goal-getting form, and an injury-hit Southampton eager to make up for their midweek misstep against Arsenal, plenty of goalmouth action looks likely at St. Mary’s Stadium.

Oldham vs Salford – Salford to win at 29/20

Salford are seventh in League Two but they are determined to push for automatic promotion and can boost their chances by defeating Oldham at Boundary Park.

The ambitious Ammies have sealed loan deals for midfielders Paul Coutts (from Fleetwood) and Robbie Gotts (Leeds) during the transfer window as they seek to finish the campaign with a flourish.

They are only three points outside the top three and should have too much knowhow and quality for the Latics, who are 15th after securing just one win in the last six league games.

Oxford United vs Fleetwood Town – Oxford United to win at 17/20

Winning runs have to end at some point but Oxford have claimed six League One wins on the spin and should be in seventh heaven after Fleetwood have visited.
Karl Robinson’s hosts, unbeaten in all competitions since the start of December, left it late to see off Rochdale in midweek but it was a deserved success having fired in nine shots on target.

Fleetwood, winless in eight, have scored once in their last four matches and could only manage 0-0 draws against poor sides Wigan and Northampton in their last two outings.

Rotherham vs Swansea – Swansea to win at 13/10

Rotherham claimed an impressive 3-0 win over out-of-sorts Middlesbrough on Wednesday but they could be brought back down to earth by Championship promotion contenders Swansea.

The Millers have lost all five of their matches against top-five teams in the division, scoring only one goal, and they may struggle for chances against a well-drilled Swans defence.

Steve Cooper’s side start the weekend in second place, having won four of their last six away games to nil and beat Rotherham 1-0 in November’s reverse fixture.
