Brad Smith – Bournemouth – DONE DEAL

Liverpool’s 22 year old Australian defender Brad Smith has departed Anfield for Bournemouth in a deal believed to be around the £3 million mark.

Andre Gomes – Barcelona – DONE DEAL

Former Valencia midfielder Andre Gomes has put pen to paper on his newly created Barcelona contract. The 22 year old Portugal midfielder cost them an initial £35 million from Valencia, but the total fee could rise to over £50 million in add-ons.

Ciro Immobile – Lazio – DONE DEAL

Sevilla have taken a hit on Ciro Immobile, who cost them £9.2 million under a year ago, by selling him to Lazio for a fee believed to be around £7.1 million.

Alexandre Pato – Villarreal – DONE DEAL

Chelsea flop Alexnadre Pato has somehow secured a move back to Europe, with Villarreal paying an undisclosed amount for the 26 year old striker who made just two appearances for Chelsea during a loan spell last season.

John Stones – Manchester City

Manchester City have reopened talks with Everton over the potential transfer of John Stones. The 22 year old centre back is being valued at £50 million by Everton, but Man City are keen to complete a deal for less than that fee.

Kalidou Koulibaly – Chelsea

Chelsea, also looking for defensive reinforcements, have submitted a £38 million bid for Napoli’s 25 year old centre back Kalidou Koulibaly. The 25 year old defender has already stated his desire to leave the club, but has promised not to leave for an Italian rival like Gonzalo Higuain did earlier this week.

Wojciech Szczesny – Roma

Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is set to move back to Roma on another season long loan deal, but this time with the option to make it a permanent deal inserted into the deal. If Roma want to keep the 26 year old stopper they will have to pay £13.4 million.

Roberto Pereyra – West Ham

West Ham have rejoined the race to sign Juventus midfielder Roberto Pereyra and are in the process of lining up a £15 million bid for the 25 year old.

Floriant Thauvin – Lazio

Lazio are close to signing Newcastle winger Florian Thauvin for around £10 million, which is a fee that Newcastle are apparently happy to agree to.

Paul Pogba – Manchester United – Deal Close

A source in Juventus has reported that a £112 million world record transfer fee has been agreed by Manchester United and Juventus, and the 23 year old France midfielder is days away from joining Manchester United. But Zinedine Zidane hasn’t given up yet, and has stated that “anything can happen.”

Moussa Sissoko – Real Madrid

Alternatively, Real Madrid will abandon their pursuit of Pogba and instead turn to Newcastle’s in demand midfielder Moussa Sissoko, who will cost them a much smaller but still significant £30 million.

Ayoze Perez – Barcelona

In the second ridiculous transfer story of the day, Barcelona are reportedly looking into Newcastle’s 23 year old striker Ayoze Perez as a back up to their lethal front three of Neymar, Suarez, and Messi.

Lamine Kone – Everton

Everton are already looking at options to replace John Stones, with Sunderland’s 27 year old defender Lamine Kone one of the options, who would cost them around £14 million.

Shkodran Mustafi – Arsenal

Arsenal are looking at defensive reinforcements themselves, with Valencia’s 24 year old Germany international Shkodran Mustafi topping their list. The Gunners have reportedly contacted the players agent as they prepare a move for him.

Elaquim Mangala – Valencia

The departure of Mustafi would spark Valencia into life in the transfer market, with them looking towards out of favour Manchester City defender Elaquim Mangala as a replacement.

Anderson Talisca – Wolves

Liverpool target Anderson Talisca could be heading to the Championship, with the big spending Wolves prepared to pay £20 million for the 22 year old Benfica midfielder.

Christian Tello and Recio – Southampton

Southampton are looking to strengthen their ranks with the signing of Barcelona’s Christian Tello for £10 million and Malaga midfielder Recio for around £5 million.

Leonardo Ulloa – Swansea

Leicester’s 30 year old striker Leonardo Ulloa has told the club that he wants to leave for Swansea to find guaranteed first team football, with the South Wales outfit prepared to pay £10 million for him.

Fernando Llorente – Swansea

Swansea are also interested in bringing in Sevilla striker Fernando Llorente on loan to solve their striking crisis, but they face competition from Real Sociedad.
