He began writing about and betting on German football for FST in 2016. He's also an avid fantasy football player and closely follows the Premier League and European competitions.

The Premier League is back with another mouthwatering set of fixtures and, as always, fantasy football is the best way to enjoy the action. Week 29 is upon us and with it come all the usual twists and turns, including a double gameweek for Arsenal and Manchester City players.

Best possible fantasy team for GW 29

Fantasy football transfer tips this week

  1. George Baldock

One of the best performing defenders this season, Baldock comes up against Norwich at home this week. It’s difficult to see the Canaries getting on the scoresheet in this one, especially against a defence as solid as Sheffield United’s. What’s more, Baldock has been an ever-present in the side this season, so there’s little chance of him missing this one. Expect a clean sheet.

  1. Raul Jimenez

We find ourselves highlighting the ‘Mexican Sensation’ once again. Jimenez scored a fine winner last time out against Tottenham Hotspur and will be looking to feature on the scoresheet again when Wolves face Brighton. The Seagulls are struggling in the lower reaches of the table, and in Jimenez, find themselves up against a striker in the form of his life. The 28 year-old will be hungry for goals – expect one or two this weekend.

  1. Rui Patricio

We now turn our attention to Wolves’ goalkeeper – Rui Patricio. He’s been in fine form this term and comes up against a particularly blunt attack this week. The Seagulls aren’t great in front of goal at the best of times, let alone on the road to a side as strong as Nuno Espirito Santo’s men. As Premier League matches go, they won’t come much easier than this for the Portuguese goalkeeper.

Arsenal Pierre Emerick Aubameyang

Who to captain this gameweek

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Aubameyang is bang in form at the moment and is fresh from bagging a brace against Everton last weekend. With two fixtures ahead of him this gameweek – both of which he’ll expect to start – owners of the Arsenal man could be in for double fun. The most pricey of our highlighted players at £11.1m, we firmly recommend captaining the forward this week.
