Everton vs Brighton

In form Everton host a Brighton team whose performances have been far better than their results suggest. Can the Seagulls spring a surprise at Goodison Park?

  • Just one of Everton’s eight Premier League goals so far this season was scored before the 30th minute.
  • Only two of Brighton’s six Premier League goals this term were notched before the 40th minute of their games.
  • Four of the six goals scored in Everton’s two Premier League clashes with Brighton last season were scored after the 38th minute.

Leeds vs Manchester City

  • Man City kept just two clean sheets in their last nine competitive fixtures.
  • The Citizens only managed to keep a modest seven clean sheets in their last 24 away assignments since November last year.

Arsenal vs Sheffield United

With talk of second season syndrome starting to surface, Sheffield United are hoping for an upturn in fortunes against an Arsenal side that are making strides under Mikel Arteta.

  • Arsenal scored in the first half of 100% of their Premier League fixtures so far this season.
  • Arsenal notched in the first half in each of their last two meetings with Sheffield United in the Premier League and FA Cup.
  • The Gunners scored in the first half in eight of their last 10 Premier League home fixtures.

Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur

Fresh from conquering his old club Chelsea in mid-week, Jose Mourinho is targeting another former employer’s scalp on Sunday as Spurs travel north to take on United.

  • Man Utd scored a penalty both home and away in their two Premier League meetings with Tottenham last season.
  • The Premier League has seen an incredible 20 penalties awarded in the first 28 games of the 2020/21 season.
  • Man Utd scored more Premier League penalty kicks than any other team in the division last term (10).

Aston Villa vs Liverpool

Two 100% winning records are on the line at Villa Park, as Jurgen Klopp takes his relentless Reds to the Midlands to face in-form Aston Villa.

  • Liverpool scored in both halves in three of their four competitive matches so far this season.
  • Last season, Liverpool scored in either half in 19 separate Premier League fixtures.
  • In 2019/20, only Norwich conceded more goals at home than Aston Villa.
