Thriller Winners: 51/1 Win & overs acca for this week

Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.

We’ve got another busy week of European action ahead, as the last 16 in Europe’s three continental competitions wraps up. We have a busy Monday night covered over on our match predictions page, but here we’re casting an eye over the week to come.

This week we’ve taken a look at the full-time result and total goals market, putting together our best bet in that market for each of the next five days. That’s given us a 51/1 accumulator, which you can back below!

51/1 Thriller Winners Acca

Monday – Dundee United vs Celtic

Celtic are out to continue a great season domestically with Scottish Cup glory, as they face the final match in an exciting weekend of cup quarter-finals. This one promises to serve up some entertainment, with the Bhoys scoring at least twice in 22 of their last 24 in this competition.

They’ll likely need to do the same again this week, as Dundee United have scored in each of their last six home games. On top of that, Celtic have scored at least three times in six of their last eight domestic matches, so back an away win and over 2.5 goals in the game.

Tip: Celtic & over 2.5

Tuesday – Sheffield Wednesday vs Accrington Stanley

Sheffield Wednesday have moved to the verge of the playoffs thanks to a brilliant run, which was capped with a 6-0 thumping of Cambridge at the weekend. The Owls have won four of their last five, scoring 17 goals along the way.

Accrington Stanley have lost their last five on the road, including a 4-0 defeat at Portsmouth in their last away game. Given how the Owls are playing, I can see them scoring three on their own in this one.

Tip: Wednesday & over 2.5

Wednesday – Arsenal vs Liverpool

The Gunners are seen as outsiders against Liverpool this week, they have struck in 12 of their last 13 home league games. Expect them to play their part in another high-scoring clash for Liverpool on the road.

The visitors have seen 71% of their away games finish with over 2.5 goals scored, while they have won each of their last eight league games. With the visitors scoring 2.57 goals per trip, back them to edge a high-scoring game.

Tip: Liverpool & over 2.5

Thursday – AZ vs Bodo/Glimt

AZ need a turnaround in Europe this week, as they host a Bodo/Glimt side who won 2-1 at home in the first leg. The visitors have proved to be a revelation in Europe in 2022, putting out Celtic with a 5-1 aggregate win in the last round.

However, AZ have won 13 of their last 16 at home at the time of writing and they are among the highest scoring sides in the Eredivisie. Back them to come out on top in this clash, although they may need a couple considering the visitors’ scoring form.

Tip: AZ & over 2.5

Friday – Union Saint Gilloise vs Oostende

Union Saint Gilloise are enjoying a dream return to the Belgian top flight. They sit top in their first campaign at this level since 1973, scoring 69 times in 31 matches this season.

The hosts have won 22 times this season, so don’t expect them to have any trouble against an Oostende side who have lost two-in-a-row, conceding three goals in each of those defeats.

Tip: Union Saint Gilloise & over 2.5
