Adelaide United vs Perth Glory Betting Tips

Adelaide United haven’t had the best of seasons so far to say the least. They have failed to win any of their eight Hyundai A-League games this season and find themselves propping up the table.

They have managed just three points from their opening eight games, with five of their last six being defeats.

To be fair though, they have been better on home turf. They have drawn three of their four home league matches this season, with all of their points coming in Adelaide.

Adelaide United might even be able to pick up a win on Sunday, because they’re coming up against the terribly out of form Perth Glory.

The visitors have managed to pick up one win this season, a 3-1 victory over none other than Adelaide United back at the end of October.

However, five of their other six games have ended in defeat. They have also only managed to find the net once in their last five matches in all competitions, conceding nine at the other end.

This puts them second from bottom in the Hyundai A-League table with four points from their opening seven matches. They do have two games in hand over 8^th placed Central Coast Mariners though, who are only a point above them.

Adelaide United’s loss to Perth Glory in October was actually their first loss to them in their previous 12 meetings. Six of those 11 unbeaten matches ended in victory for Adelaide United.

I think this is the best opportunity that Adelaide United have had all season to pick up three points, and I expect the desperate team to grab that opportunity with both hands. I’m backing an Adelaide United win at 7/10, along with a 2-0 correct score prediction at 15/2.
