DC United have recorded four wins, six draws and ten losses this season, leaving them with 18 points from their 20 games. Atlanta United are just a point behind with 17 from their 19 matches, having won four times so far.

DC United could not break their losing habit last weekend, going down 1-0 to Nashville. They have now lost nine of the 12 games this season in which they’ve shipped the first goal (75%), conceding the opening goal for the third game running.

A 2-1 away win for Atlanta United looks like a decent correct-score bet. Four of their last five MLS games have produced three or more goals, and three of their four victories this season have been by a one-goal margin.
