Derry in with a shout ahead of Rijeka visit

Derry City managed to limit Rijeka to a 1-0 win in the first leg of this Conference League qualifying tie in Croatia but they remain clear underdogs to progress.

It was a backs against the wall sort of performance from the Irish side in the first leg as Rijeka dominated throughout, and with just a one-goal deficit to recover they are very much in this tie.

However, there was an obvious gulf in class between the two sides and Derry may be a bit more open as they have to score.
