Can Fehervar spoil the party?

After recording a shocking win at double-figure odds in the reverse leg, the bookies haven’t seem to have learned their lesson and have priced this game similarly to the opening leg at the time of writing.

The likelihood of Fehervar, formerly known as Videoton and MOL Vidi, of making it two wins from two legs seems highly unlikely after losing half of their last six clashes with German sides, yet they will try to dig in and secure a positive result to see them to the Conference League group stage.

Such a strategy may yield goals at both ends, as Cologne maraud forwards gaps  may appear, with goals at both ends being a likely result of that pattern of play. That’s not to mention that seven of Fehervar’s eight competitive games this season saw three or more goals, so more of the same will perhaps surprise few!

Going all out for victory
