Fleetwood can edge out Harrogate

Fleetwood are out of form, but there might be a bit of value in a home win when they host Harrogate on Saturday.

They are two places above Harrogate in the table, but just one point separates the two sides. The hosts are 14th with four wins, three draws and four defeats, while Harrogate are 16th with four wins, two draws and five losses.

Fleetwood lost 2-0 last weekend to an out-of-form Cheltenham side who had been on a run of three straight League Two defeats. Fleetwood had their chances, but failed to make the most of them, and had been priced at 5/4 to win the game.

The visitors are struggling to find the net. Harrogate have been disappointing in front of goal away from home this season, scoring just four goals in five games – an average of 0.80 goals a game on the road.

Fleetwood have lost just one of their last seven home games in League Two.

A 2-0 home win for Fleetwood looks a decent correct-score option. Four of Harrogate’s last six League Two matches have ended with under 2.5 goals and two of Fleetwood’s four successes this season have been by two goals.
