Granada are hot on the heels of Eibar in the Segunda Division’s title race this season and they can give themselves another boost with a home win over Real Oviedo.

Seven wins in their last nine games have propelled Granada up the standings and into second spot and the gap between them and the league leaders stands at only four points.

With only 23 goals conceded this term, they have one of the tightest defences in the division but they are also spearheaded by prolific Albanian Myrto Uzuni, who has scored 20 times in 29 league matches this campaign.

Their opponents Real Oviedo, meanwhile, are only six points clear of the Segunda Division’s relegation zone and goals have been a cause for concern.

Oviedo have bagged only 20 goals – as many as Uzuni has scored himself – in the league this term and they were shut out by Mirandes and Tenerife in games this month.
