Admittedly, the international break could have been kinder to Liverpool. However, both Salah and van Dijk are expected to recover in time to play here.

Liverpool’s newfound defensive stability has played a big part in their success this season, and it’s been enough to take them level on points at the top of the table. They have won 6 of their 8 league games so far, and their only dropped points were against the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City.
