      Kalmar FF to Win

      Reason for tip

Kalmar have been excellent at home this season, going unbeaten in their last six league matches at the Guldfageln Arena and Mjallby look unlikely to snap that impressive record.

      Kalmar FF 2-1

      Reason for tip

Kalmar last five home games have finished in scorelines of 2-2, 3-0, 2-1, 2-0 and 2-1, with the Red Brothers winning four of those matches and they are fancied for another high-scoring Guldfageln Arena success.

      Kalmar FF vs Mjallby Predictions

      • Kalmar are unbeaten in their last six home league games
      • Four of Kalmar’s last five home contests have gone over 2.5 goals
      • There have been 14 goals in Mjallby’s last four contests

Kalmar can star in high-scoring success

Kalmar have won four of their last six Allsvenskan home games and the Red Brothers are unbeaten in their last six league games at Guldfageln Arena.

Toni Koskela’s men have been firing in front of goal, scoring at least twice in all of their last five home Allsvenskan contests and Monday’s tie with Malmo ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw.

Monday’s stalemate featured 28 efforts at goal and the Red Brothers are certainly a forward-thinking side on their own patch.

Efforts on the road haven’t been as impressive with Kalmar losing all of their six away league matches this season, but they will have a Guldfageln Arena crowd onside against Mjallby.

The visitors have seen the net bulge 16 times in their last four fixtures and all but one of those matches have gone over 2.5 goals.

Karl Marius Aksum’s men crashed in 15 shots and three goals in a rampant 3-0 Champions League qualification success over Lincoln Red Imps on Tuesday, and while that was an impressive result, Mjallby are now on a short turnaround from that contest.

Kalmar are fancied for a high-scoring home win.
