Degerfors vs Djurgarden Predictions

Djurgarden can dig deep at Degerfors

Djurgarden have returned to Allsvenskan action to take seven points from their three matches following the break and the Iron Stoves are set to improve that impressive effort. 

Jani Honkavaara’s men were held to a 0-0 draw at Orgryte, but Djurgarden recorded 68 per cent possession in that tie, hit 12 corners and they are better judged on their previous winning efforts. 

The Iron Stoves crushed Hacken 4-2, hitting 19 efforts on goal and creating an expected goals total of 3.17 in their immediate return after the hiatus for the World Cup. 

Honkavaara’s men followed up by bashing Halmstads 3-0 in another impressive success last week and that was a victory which also delivered excellent numbers. 

Djurgarden are making progress towards the top-three places in the Allsvenskan and Degerfors are unlikely to stand in their way. 

Bruket have won only two of their 13 league matches this season, they were hammered 4-0 at Hammarby last time out and Degerfors have conceded seven times without reply in their previous three Allsvenskan games. 

Djurgarden can leave the Stora Valla with three points.
