More struggles on the cards for Le Havre

Le Havre finished the Ligue 1 season just three points above their relegation and there is little doubt that their progress was hampered by a league high of 14 draws from their 34 top-flight matches.

A final-day victory over Lorient ended a run of 11 games without a win but they face a tough opener at home to a Monaco side who are expected to perform a lot better than they did when finishing seventh last term.
