Rangers Double Chance (Win or Draw)

      Reason for tip

Manchester United have only won one of their last eight games in 90 minutes and face a tough test when they host Rangers, who have only lost one of their six Europa League group games and usually reserve their best for this competition.

      Draw 2-2

      Reason for tip

Three of Manchester United’s six group games have finished as score draws so it may be worth siding with a 2-2 stalemate when they host Rangers.

      Hamza Igamane To Score Anytime

      Reason for tip

Hamza Igmane has scored 13 goals in 14 league and Europa League starts this season and looks like the danger man for the visitors, side with him to get on the scoresheet here.

      Manchester United vs Rangers Predictions

      • Manchester United have one win in their last eight matches
      • Rangers have only lost one of their six group games
      • Hamza Igmane has 13 goals in 14 European and league starts

      Amorim’s struggles go on

Ruben Amorim described his side as “maybe the worst team in Manchester United history” after their 3-1 defeat to Brighton at the weekend and they face another tough challenge when they host Rangers on Thursday.

The Light Blues have struggled domestically but always tend to save their best performances for this competition and currently sit just a point behind the Red Devils in the Europa League table.

The visitors will bring a substantial away following and see this game as something of a free hit as they are already in a good position to qualify for the knockout stages.

      Rangers to play their part

Philippe Clement’s men have beaten Nice and Malmo on the road in this competition already and were unlucky not to win a frantic 1-1 draw with Tottenham at Ibrox.

Manchester United drew their first three games in the Europa league and had to come from behind to win their last two against Bodo/Glimt and Viktoria Plzen.

The Red Devils have lost four of their last five games at Old Trafford and have conceded 12 times in that run.

Things may get worse before they get better for the home team and a spirited Rangers are fancied to avoid defeat.

Three of the home team’s six group games have been score draws and this could be another, take a 2-2 draw for correct score purposes.

Hamza Igmane has 13 goals in 14 European and league starts for Rangers and is a tempting price to net here.
