Cyprus to fall short in Podgorica

Montenegro and Cyprus will both fancy their chances of winning promotion to the B level of the Nations League during this cycle and the hosts can strike the first blow.

Montenegro have four wins in their last seven games and have impressed in two defeats during that run, losing by just one goal to Croatia and Slovenia.
