PSG and Both Teams To Score

Reason for tip

Both teams have scored and PSG have won in eight of their last ten league games and a repeat of that is fancied against a Nantes side who are battling hard in the relegation battle and held these opponents to a 1-1 draw in the reverse fixture.

Nantes vs PSG Predictions

  • Both teams have scored and PSG have won in eight of their last nine league games
  • The visitors have scored 82 goals in 29 Ligue 1 matches
  • Nantes have netted six in their last four games

PSG looking to preserve unbeaten campaign

Paris Saint-Germain have already wrapped up the Ligue 1 title but they have their eyes on the prize of an unbeaten season with five league games to play.

The first of those sees them take on Nantes, who are battling it out to avoid the drop at the opposite end of the table.

Recent wins over Nice and Lille have given the home side hope of pulling away from danger, they are currently three points clear of the relegation places.

The Canaries also managed to avoid defeat in the reverse fixture, one of just five instances of PSG having to settle for a draw from 29 matches.

Luis Enrique’s side dealt well with the return to domestic action after their enthralling Champions League quarter-final against Aston Villa, beating Le Havre 2-1 on Saturday.

The visitors have now won ten league games in a row and both teams have found the net in eight of those.

A repeat of that outcome is the selection with Nantes expected to put up a fight but ultimately succumb to the title winners’ attacking prowess.

Six of PSG’s last seven league games have gone over 3.5 goals so correct score backers should keep a 3-1 success on side.
