Netherlands need crucial victory

The Netherlands have not been able to keep up with France in Group B of Euro 2024 qualifying and are currently level on points with Greece in second spot, however they do have a game in hand on their qualification rivals.

The first of those is against an Irish side that have struggled recently, the only two times they have avoided defeat in their seven qualifiers was a pair of wins over minnows Gibraltar. Stephen Kenny is under pressure as he struggles to get his team in a position to qualify for a major tournament.
