Nice a mustard bet to beat Dijon

Nice have suffered a few setbacks of late but they should have few problems returning to winning ways to home to Ligue 1 basement boys Dijon.

Nice have endured three straight defeats in all competitions but two of those losses were in the Europa League and the other came at home to a Monaco side who have also claimed the scalp of champions PSG.

Before that dip in form, however, Nice were unbeaten in five Ligue 1 games which featured away wins at St Etienne and Angers.

Patrick Vieira’s side completed a league double over Dijon last season and that dominance should be maintained given the visitors find themselves bottom of the Ligue 1 table without a win from 11 attempts.

Dijon have drawn four and lost seven of their 11 Ligue 1 outings and four of their five away games have resulted in defeat.

Stephane Jobard’s strugglers have shipped four in away losses at PSG and Lyon and they also conceded three at Bordeaux, which would suggest Nice should readily have their measure.

Given Dijon’s troubles finding the net, we predict Nice to win 3-0 – they won by that margin at Angers earlier this month.
