      Norwich vs Swansea Predictions

Norwich started their return to the Premier League impressively. After being somewhat unlucky in their 3-1 defeat to Crystal Palace on the opening day of the season they went on to only lose one of their next six Premier League games.

This included wins against Sunderland and Bournemouth along with draws against Liverpool, West Ham, and Stoke.

But their season has taken a dramatic turn for the worse over the past month or so. They are now on a six match winless streak in all competitions and have lost all of their last five games.

This has seen Norwich slowly slide downwards in the Premier League table, and they now sit dangerously close to the relegation zone in 16th position, just three points above 18th placed Newcastle.

But they definitely have a chance of getting something from this match on Saturday. Swansea are in a pretty dreadful way themselves at the moment.

They have only won one of their last eight games in all competitions, and even that was an unconvincing win against bottom of the table Aston Villa.

They lost 3-0 at home to Arsenal last weekend to take their loss tally to five in their last eight outings.

Like their opponents, they looked really good at the beginning of the season. But their recent poor form has seen Garry Monk come under some surprise pressure in the managerial sack race as his team slip into the bottom half of the table.

This is a great opportunity for both sides to increase their points tallies and raise their confidence, so I’m expecting them both to go all out for the win.

Swansea have conceded ten goals in their last five matches, whilst Norwich have seen 12 goals shipped in the same period.

With both Norwich and Swansea struggling at the back and desperately needing a win I’m expecting a high scoring game on Saturday, and odds of 6/5 for Both Teams to Score and Over 2.5 Match Goals look excellent value.
