High fliers could serve up a treat

Omonia Nicosia will be hopeful of making their mark on the European stage this season after storming to the Cypriot title, but Kazakhstan opponents Kairat Almaty could give them plenty to think about in this Champions League qualifier.

Omonia proved the cream of the crop in their domestic league last year, winning it by a whopping 18 points and they impressed in the final third by scoring 88 goals in their 36 outings.
