Rotherham vs Cardiff Predictions

Cardiff can bring Rotherham’s two-game winning run to an end when they visit the New York Stadium on Saturday. The league table shows these sides’ contrasting fortunes, with Cardiff possessing a clear edge in the standings.

League One leaders Cardiff have won 18 of their 29 games this season, while Rotherham are 21st in the table having won eight of their 28 matches.

Rotherham have been struggling defensively of late, failing to keep a clean sheet in 12 of their last 15 League One games. They have gone six home games without a clean sheet in the league.

No team has scored more League One goals this season than Cardiff’s 52 in 29 games, and they have found the net at least twice in three of their last four matches. They recorded a 4-0 win over Barnsley last week.

Cardiff are in good form, having not lost in nine League One games. They have only lost one of their last seven on the road.

A 2-1 away win for Cardiff looks a decent correct-score bet. 12 of Cardiff’s 18 League One wins this season were by a single goal and eight of Rotherham’s 13 defeats have come by the odd goal.
