Real Madrid and Both Teams To Score

      Reason for tip

Real Madrid have won eight of their last 10 league matches but they have tended to concede along the way, keeping just three clean-sheets in 17 across all competitions. Sevilla have netted in 11 of their last 12 home games and can contribute to an open contest.

      Real Madrid 3-1

      Reason for tip

It finished 4-2 to Real when these two sides met at the Bernabeu back in December and they can land another victory in an open contest on Sunday with the 3-1 correct score appealing. Real beat Sevilla in that manner as recently as October 2022.

Real aiming to end eventful week on a high

It has been an eventful week for Real Madrid, with confirmation that head coach Carlo Ancelotti will leave the club at the end of the season being quickly followed by Barcelona officially dethroning them as La Liga champions.

Los Blancos did win in amongst all that, coming from behind to beat Mallorca 2-1 to secure their eighth victory across their last 10 league fixtures, but they have now kept just three clean-sheets in 17 across all competitions.

With Kylian Mbappe, who now has 40 goals in his debut season for the club, leading the line, Real have tended to outgun opponents this season and that trend can continue when they visit the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan.

Sevilla tend to score at home

Sevilla have underwhelmed this season but they did end an eight-match winless run with their midweek victory over Las Palmas, a result that has guaranteed their La Liga status for another season.

With survival secured, Joaquin Caparros could let the shackles off when Real come to town, and Sevilla do tend to score on home soil, netting in 11 of their last 12 games.

It finished 4-2 to Real when these two sides met at the Bernabeu back in December and another entertaining game could be on the cards, with Ancelotti’s side once again ending on the right side of the result.
