Both teams can strike at Swindon

Swindon and Walsall both to score in Saturday’s League Two clash at the County Ground is the best bet.

Sixth-placed Walsall are 11 places above Swindon in the table, but just four points separate the two sides. Walsall have three wins and six draws from their nine games, while Swindon have won three, drawn two and lost five.

Swindon are on a run of poor form, with two League Two defeats in succession, while Walsall have gone nine straight games unbeaten. However, Walsall have drawn six of their last eight games in the league.

Both teams to score has been a winning bet in 13 of Swindon’s last 16 League Two home games and it has also been a winner in three of Walsall’s five league away games this term.

Both teams have been struggling defensively. Swindon have yet to keep a clean sheet at the County Ground this season, after five League Two home games, while Walsall have failed to keep a clean sheet in nine of their last 11 games against Swindon.

It could be hard to separate these two sides, with the 1-1 draw looking a decent correct-score bet. Walsall’s last two away days in League Two have finished 1-1 and six of their last eight games have had fewer than three goals.
