      Tottenham Hotspur vs Norwich Predictions

Tottenham Hotspur managed to bounce back instantly from their shock defeat at home to Newcastle on Saturday when they overcame Southampton at St Mary’s.

This win at the struggling Southampton made it seven wins, three draws, and one defeat in their last 11 games in all competitions.

This excellent run of results has put them in a very strong position, and Manchester United’s defeat to Norwich on Saturday allowed them to take a top four position in the Premier League on goal difference.

A win on Boxing Day could take them up into 3rd position ahead of Manchester City as well, although a loss might see them slip down to 7th.

Norwich saw themselves lifted to 16th position after their win last weekend, and it was a win they needed badly. Another win on Boxing Day could lift them as high as 14, although a defeat might see them move back into the drop zone.

The surprising 2-1 win at Old Trafford ended their four match winless streak and was only their 2nd win in their last 12 outings in all competitions.

Harry Kane has managed to amass nine Premier League goals this season despite his slow start, and a man of the match performance from Dele Alli on Saturday continued the young midfielders’ excellent form in front of goal.

I think Spurs could net a few against a Norwich side who have conceded in each of their last five league matches.

I think Spurs will win this game after their composed and impressive performance at Southampton on Saturday, and I’m expecting them to notch a few en route. Odds of 1/1 for a Tottenham Hotspur Win and Over 2.5 Match Goals look really good value to me as well, so I’m backing that and a 2-1 correct score prediction at 15/2.
