113/1 Arsenal vs Tottenham Ultimate Bet Builder for Sunday's showdown!

Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.

Sunday brings one of the biggest games of the Premier League season so far, with unbeaten pair Arsenal and Tottenham meeting in the first North London derby of the season.

After Arsenal’s exploits last term and the great start Spurs have had, this might be the best this fixture has been in terms of quality in years. Tottenham have been a brilliant side to watch while the Gunners have clicked going forward in recent weeks, so this should prove to be a thrilling clash.

To match the hype for the game, I’ve put together a 113/1 Ultimate Bet Builder for the clash. That bet has been priced up with Betfair and new customers can take advantage of their great welcome offer below.

Arsenal vs Tottenham Ultimate Bet Builder

Bukayo Saka to score

It’s been an incredible start to the season for Bukayo Saka, who scored his first Champions League goal for Arsenal in midweek. The winger has now scored in three of their first four home games this term, while his record at the Emirates suggests he’ll cause problems for Tottenham.

Saka has been involved in 18 goals in his last 18 home games in the Premier League, scoring 12 times in that run. He seems to have taken a step up again this season, which makes him a brilliant anytime goalscorer option for this weekend’s clash.

Son Heung-min to score

Tottenham have plenty of attacking threat of their own, with Son’s hat-trick at Burnley still fresh in the memory. The South Korean international has more league goals than any player across the two sides so far this term, while he looks well-placed to hurt the Gunners.

Not only has Son scored in two of his last four tussles with Arsenal, but his pace should really trouble a side that play with an incredibly high line at home. We saw that hurt them against Manchester United and Spurs look far stronger going forward, with Son leading the line well following Harry Kane’s departure.

Pape Matar Sarr 1+ shot on target

Sarr remains a fantastic 7/5 shot to have at least one shot on target despite his brilliant role in the middle of midfield for Ange Postecoglou. Sarr was an unknown heading into this campaign, but he’s really made one of those dual number eight roles his own in the middle of the park.

Sarr has had 13 shots across his first five games for Spurs in the league this term. In that time, he’s had at least one shot on target in every match, with a total of seven shots on target so far. While this is the hardest test Spurs have faced this term, they’re unlikely to adjust their attacking approach and that should see Sarr test whichever keeper starts for the hosts.

Tottenham to receive the most cards

These two sides may be neck-and-neck in the table, but there’s a massive gulf when it comes to discipline. Arsenal have the league’s best record when it comes to cards, receiving just seven so far this term. Meanwhile, Tottenham have picked up a huge 17 bookings across their opening five matches.

Across the last six encounters at the Emirates, Spurs lead Arsenal 16-13 in terms of bookings. On top of that, the visitors have also had a player sent off in half of their last six trips, with the Gunners finishing every game with 11 men. Given their previous and the respective disciplinary records of the two, back Spurs to be shown the most cards.

Destiny Udogie to be carded

With the visitors a good bet to keep the referee busy, Udogie stands out as a player most likely to have his name taken. Not only is he up against Saka incredibly early in his Premier League career, but he has comfortably the most fouls per game across the two sides of players to feature four times or more.

Udogie has an average of 1.8 fouls per game so far, which increases to 2 based only on away matches. With the left-back set to face his biggest test of the season this weekend, back him to be shown a second yellow card of the campaign.
