Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.

We’ve already picked out our match predictions for this week’s Champions League action, while we’ve also got the lowdown on the betting odds to qualify for the last 16. However, we’ve also taken a look at the player specials markets for some of Tuesday’s biggest games.

We’ve picked out a 114/1 fourfold from across Tuesday’s action, with that accumulator featuring both Man United and Chelsea’s games. You can back that tip below, while you can read on to see each of our player special selections below.

Player Specials tips for Tuesday

Leroy Sane to make an assist (Dynamo Kiev vs Bayern Munich)

Sane has made a great start to the season for both club and country, supplying 10 assists so far this term. That includes a competition-high four assists in the Champions League. He’s made an assist in every game so far, so back him to create a goal against the group’s bottom side.

Arnaut Danjuma 2+ shots on target (Villarreal vs Man United)

Manchester United may have sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but they still have major issues in their side. Defensively they’re poor, having conceded in every match in this group. They head to Villarreal this week with former Bournemouth man Arnaut Danjuma making the step up from the Championship to the Champions League with ease.

He’s averaged two shots on target per game in Europe, while he’s made 1.9 shots on target per home game since moving to Villarreal in the summer. Given the questions over United’s defence, we’re backing Danjuma to have at least two shots on target here.

Duvan Zapata to score (Young Boys vs Atalanta)

Atalanta are in fantastic form with seven goals across their last two matches and they’re getting the most from Duvan Zapata. The Colombian forward has scored in each of his last five appearances for the Serie A side. He faces off with the worst side in the group on Tuesday, so back that scoring streak to continue.

Mason Mount to be carded (Chelsea vs Juventus)

Chelsea against Juventus looks set to be a real battle on Tuesday night as the two sides push for top spot. Blues midfielder Mason Mount has made three fouls per game in the Champions League this term, double what he averaged in the competition last term.

However, in nine starts in the competition last term Mount was cautioned four times. He’s yet to pick up a booking this term, but this clash with Juve could see that change. Back Mount to pick up a booking in Tuesday’s showdown.
