Both teams should reach the 20s in this contest, although I’m not sure the total will clear the actual mark of 50.5.

We’ll take over 41.5 alternate points to kick things off, though.

Jalen Hurts – Anytime TD scorer

Hurts has rushed for 15 TDs this season, including playoffs, and has at least one in seven of his last nine games started.

With him having not impressed throwing the ball since returning from a sprained shoulder in Week 18, one would imagine the Eagles will want to play it safe once getting near the endzone, and that means Hurts using his legs to run it, or sneak it, across the goal line.

Jalen Hurts rushing yards – over 49.5

Hurts has notched just 34 and 39 rush yards respectively in two games this postseason, but they were easy wins, both effectively over at halftime.

Expect the QB to run often and with a sense of urgency in this one, eclipsing his mark of 49.5.

Kenneth Gainwell rushing yards – over 19.5

Gainwell rides a hot hand into the Super Bowl and, whether the Eagles are leading or chasing in this game, Gainwell can expect several carries, with him being on the field way more on third down than Miles Sanders.

He’s logged 112 and 48 yards in two games so far this postseason.

Travis Kelce receptions – over 7.5

The greatest pass-catching tight end of all time snagged 10 catches the last time he was in the Super Bowl two years ago and is again expected to be the focal point of the Chiefs’ attack, with doubts over the health of several of the team’s wideouts. Look for Mahomes to target him often.

Jerick McKinnon receiving yards – over 22.5

In a game where the Chiefs will surely be eager to slow the Eagles’ ferocious pass rush, it promises to be a big day in the receiving game for their running backs, with McKinnon looking a difficult matchup for the Eagles linebackers, who are definitely the weakness of the defense.

Isiah Pacheco receiving yards – over 16.5

Pacheco runs with aggression worthy of Marshawn Lynch, only he’s much faster and shiftier.

He’s really emerged as a receiving threat out of the backfield in the second half of the season and, along with McKinnon, presents a difficult matchup for the Eagles.
