A jam-packed December continues to serve up top-class football on our screens. However, with an array of live matches each day it’s hard to know what to watch.

Luckily, we’ve taken care of that for you with our weekly TV picks. We’ve selected the best game to watch across every day this week, while we have a betting selection for each.

You can see our seven-leg, 77/1 week-long TV picks acca below. You can also see it featured on our accumulator tips page, which is updated daily.

Monday – Hoffenheim vs Augsburg

7:30pm, BT Sport 1

Why we’re watching:

This Bundesliga clash is set to be an engrossing affair, with both sides in high-scoring form. Five of the last six meetings between the two have seen three or more goals scored, so this one is worth your time.

What we’re backing:

Augsburg have seen both teams score in four of their five away league games so far. Hoffenheim have also failed to keep a clean sheet in the league, with eight of their nine seeing both teams score.

Betting tip: Both teams to score @ 1/2

Manchester United predictions

Tuesday – RB Leipzig vs Man United

8pm, BT Sport 2

Why we’re watching:

With three teams locked on nine points, Group H is incredibly tight going into the final round of games. PSG are expected to claim one of the two slots by seeing off Istanbul Basaksehir, so this clash is effectively a playoff.

What we’re backing:

United may only need a point, but they aren’t defensively strong enough to grind one out at Leipzig. With the hosts’ last two games finishing 3-4 and 3-3 any draw here is likely to be high scoring.

All five of United’s group games have seen at least three goals and that should continue.

Betting tip: Over 2.5 goals @ 4/7

Wednesday – Ajax vs Atalanta

5:55pm, BT Sport 1

Why we’re watching:

Atalanta missed the chance to give themselves a cushion after drawing 1-1 with group minnows Midtjylland and now they could pay the price. This is another fight for one last 16 spot and these two aren’t likely to hold back.

What we’re backing:

Atalanta have struggled throughout this group, including falling 2-0 down at home to Ajax. Things seem to be getting worse for la Dea, so we think that Ajax are good value for the victory.

Betting tip: Ajax to win @ 13/10

Harry Kane Tottenham Europa League

Thursday – Tottenham vs Antwerp

8pm, BT Sport 2

Why we’re watching:

Spurs didn’t wrap up their Europa League group after falling to a 3-3 at LASK. That simply continued Spurs’ high-scoring form in Europe and we expect more of the same in this clash.

What we’re backing:

Spurs have picked up 3-0 and 4-0 wins at home in this Europa League group and they need another victory to secure top spot. We see them picking up another comfortable victory.

Betting tip: Tottenham -1 @ 10/11

Friday – Sassuolo vs Benevento

7:45pm, Premier Sports 1

Why we’re watching:

Sassuolo have been in great form in Serie A this term, scoring 20 times in their opening nine matches. That attacking style will be on show as they host Benevento on Friday.

What we’re backing:

Serie A newcomers Benevento have had a tough start and should be dominated by this aggressive Sassuolo outfit. The hosts are good at picking off the league’s weaker sides and they should claim the points.

Betting tip: Sassuolo to win @ 4/7

Pep Guardiola Man City Champions League

Saturday – Man United vs Man City

5:30pm, Sky Sports Main Event

Why we’re watching:

Given how Man United are defending, we expect this derby to be wide open. The Red Devils are top-heavy, so we expect them to get forward against a City side who look much improved.

What we’re backing:

With City winning their last two league games to nil, we think they’ll prove too strong for a United side who fell apart against PSG. The French side aren’t exactly the most hard-working and the Red Devils couldn’t match them, so Guardiola’s pressing machine should see off United.

Betting tip: Man City to win @ 5/6

Sunday – PSG vs Lyon

8pm, BT Sport 1

Why we’re watching:

Things haven’t been going all PSG’s way in recent weeks, while they’ve been put to the test in the Champions League. It will be interesting to see how they deal with Lyon after facing Basaksehir.

What we’re backing:

PSG have conceded in their last three Ligue 1 games. They face a Lyon side who are playing well enough to take advantage of that. However, the French champions have won nine of their last 11 Ligue 1 games.

Betting tip: PSG and both teams to score @ 7/4
