An impressive 28-point haul from Nikola Vucevic allowed Orlando Magic to power to glory in an entertaining clash with Charlotte Hornets, before another 28-pointer from Delon Wright allowed the Eastern Conference’s bottom side, the Pistons, to shock leaders Philadelphia in Detroit.
Elsewhere a confident Nets showing allowed them to beat the -7.0 spread against Heat in Brooklyn, while Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum combined to great effect to help Boston Celtics to a comfortable win in Chicago.
Denver Nuggets just about edged out the Mavericks to extend their winning streak to four games, while Golden State Warriors completed our successful six-fold with a wide margin victory against the Timberwolves, with the superb Stephen Curry bagging 36 of his team’s 130 points.
