At Saturday lunchtime, in the Premier League’s early kick-off, a Leicester City team attempting to break though the glass ceiling and into the top six this season take on one of the division’s established elite, Tottenham Hotspur.

Having lost four of their last five Premier League meetings with Spurs, Leicester have a steep psychological hurdle to overcome at the King Power Stadium, though the ever-improving Foxes will feel that this is there best chance in quite some time to beat a Tottenham side without a win in eight league fixtures on the road.

Saturday’s contest looks certain to be an enthralling contest between two strong teams with lofty aspirations for the season, and that in turn opens up a wide range of betting options and markets to explore for the game.

Over at bet365, their Bet Builder service allows you to combine many of those markets to create a unique bet, and we’ve picked out a range of selections from Saturday’s tussle between Leicester and Tottenham, that we think are well worth considering for your slip this week.

Check them out below.

What is bet365’s Bet Builder?

Bet Builder allows you create the bet YOU want on any football match. You can choose from a list of the most popular markets and once you have added them to your bet, you can calculate the odds from your customised selection.

Leicester City Double Chance

Leicester City are many pundits’ favourites to break into the cabal of the Premier League’s top 6 this season, though the Foxes will need to take points off the division’s biggest names to stand any chance of doing just that.

The Foxes were bitterly disappointed to come away with nothing from their game against an injury-stricken Man Utd last weekend, and on Saturday they face a Tottenham Hotspur side in the midst of a horrible run on their travels.

Spurs are without a win in any of their last eight Premier League away matches, and after some tough, energy draining midweek exertions in Greece, Tottenham could look a little vulnerable this weekend against a high-energy Leicester team.

With that considered, our Premier League analysts think there is value in backing Leicester City in the Double Chance market. Read their match preview for more Leicester vs Tottenham predictions and betting tips.

Both teams to score

The recent head-to-head record between Leicester and Tottenham, along with the clubs’ more recent overall endeavours, suggests that goals at both end of the pitch are likely on Saturday.

The historical goal-scoring trend in the Foxes’ fixtures against Spurs is well established – both teams registered in five of the last six meetings between the clubs since October 2016.

In addition, Leicester managed to keep a clean sheet in only four of their last 14 Premier League games at the King Power Stadium, while goals were struck at either end in four of Tottenham’s last six league matches on the road.

This season, both teams got on the scoresheet in four of Leicester’s last five outings in league and cup, and we expect that BTTS record to be enhanced even further on Saturday.

We publish new both teams to score betting tips with fresh fixtures and matches to choose from every day on our dedicated BTTS page. Make sure to check it out!

Over 10 corners

The average corner count in Tottenham’s Premier League matches this season has been remarkably high – in fact, that average corner count per game figure of 13 is the highest in the entire division to date in 2019/20.

Leicester’s figure in the same metric stands at a little more modest 13, though that still places their average corner per game number as the Premier League’s 7th highest.

Interestingly, the brace of Premier League fixtures between Leicester and Tottenham last season averaged a healthy 11 corner kicks per contest.

Over 3 cards for both teams combined

Leicester’s recent tussles with Tottenham Hotspur have had a definite, identifiable edge to them, and an average of 4.16 yellow cards were shown to both teams combined in the teams’ last six heated meetings with each other.

Picking up plenty of bookings is not something that’s unfamiliar to Mauricio Pochettino’s ultra-competitive team however. Spurs’ current average yellow card count per Premier League game for the season so far of 2.4 is the joint highest in the entire top-flight.

It’s also worth noting that Tottenham picked up 63.5% of their total Premier League bookings last season in away games.

Over 16.5 free kicks

Our final selection dovetails nicely with our cards prediction in the previous section. A hefty average of 20.8 free kicks were awarded to both teams combined in Leicester’s last six clashes with Tottenham Hotspur.

Our targeted free kick total falls considerably short of that average, and it’s worth noting that that over 16.5 frees were awarded in five of the last six games between our featured clubs.

So far this season, Tottenham rank 4th in the Premier League for most free kicks conceded on average per game (13), and we think Spurs’ penchant for sticking the boot in should help to push the free kick count past our desired target with ease on Saturday.
