October is done and dusted and we’re well into the colder seasons now, but fortunately FST has been here all month, warming your cockles with a steady flow of winning tips.
The halfway point of October was marked with our biggest winner of the month as we hit the jackpot with a 47/1 BTTS & Win treble, but that was far from the only success.
47/1 BTTS & Win treble steals the plaudits
Cast your mind back a couple of weeks and you might remember a fantastic Saturday afternoon in which our huge 47/1 BTTS & Win Treble came flying in.
It was a bumpy ride though. We were made to wait until the 87th minute for Mainz to get on the scoresheet in Germany and Sunderland had to come back from a goal behind and deal with a man deficit in their trip to Gillingham.
While it may have been our biggest, this huge winner wasn’t our only success in this market. In fact, we landed a 19/2 winner on the first day of the month and supplemented that with 4/1 and 11/1 winning tips to end the month 48.1 units in profit in the BTTS & Win market!
24/1 Saturday Scorers winner ends the month on a high
The second half of October was a great one for our goalscorer tipsters as they landed three accumulators and one best bet, but they saved the best until last as they tipped up a 24/1 Saturday Scorers acca right at the end of the month.
Dominic Telford, Matt Taylor and Matt Jay all found the net in the EFL for a delightful Saturday afternoon winner, which followed back-to-back 5/1 and 7/1 anytime goalscorer winners the week before.
Gunners provide Bet Builder success
FST’s Bet Builders have proved popular over the last few months and it’s no surprise after Aston Villa’s trip to Arsenal provided a tasty 13/1 winner.
Two of the three legs in that same-game acca had already landed before the half-time whistle but we were made to wait for the final leg to seal the deal.
Fortunately for us, an 82nd minute Jacob Ramsey goal clinched the BTTS leg to further enhance a bumper Friday, which had already seen winners in our Anytime Goalscorer, BTTS & Win, BTTS and Bet of the Day accumulators!
FST enjoy winning streak in Bet of the Day
Followers of our Bet of the Day tips will be ending October a very happy bunch after we enjoyed a couple of fantastic winning streaks.
We started the month with four winners on the bounce and by the time the second week of October had ended we had landed an impressive eight out of ten Bet of the Day tips.
We couldn’t quite match that pace towards the end of the month, but winning eight of our final 12 tips ensured we ended the month 12.36 units in profit!
Stateside success continues as more sports get underway
We welcomed a dedicated MLS tipster to our ranks this month and that certainly paid dividends as he landed back-to-back MLS accumulators at the start of the month, but there was plenty more going on across the Atlantic.
The start of the NHL and NBA seasons, along with the MLB playoffs, brought with it the opportunity for cross-sport accas and that’s certainly paid dividends.
In fact, our US Best Bet doubles and trebles struck four winners in just nine days at the end of October to yield 16.4 units of profit.
Not only that, but our NBA tipsters started the season with nine winners in 14 days in our NBA Best Bet tips and the NHL enthusiasts ended the month with a trio of Best Bet winners and a 4/1 double on Sunday night!
FST tipster in form: Aaron Rogan
September saw Gareth Freeman take the crown as FST’s top tipster but Aaron Rogan has bagged it for October thanks to excellent tipping across the Championship and Serie A.
Serie A was his finest achievement as he banked 20 units of profit from his correct score predictions.
A special mention goes to all our EFL tipsters, one of which is Aaron, after a spectacular month up and down the English football pyramid. Our main prediction tips posted a profit in all three leagues to the tune of over 47 units! League Two was the biggest benefactor, if you’re interested, with a net positive of 23.68 units across the month.
